Service Plan Activation

Thank you for purchasing a service plan. In order to activate your activation code, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Please log into our WD Support Portal. If this is the first time you have visited our new portal, please see below.
    • If you have previously registered a product with us or contacted us for support either by phone or email, you can get a new password by clicking on the I forgot my password link
    • If you have never contacted us for support or registered a product with us, please create a new account
  2. Once logged in, you will need to register the product (go to the production registration tab and click register new product)
  3. Once your product is registered, you can activate a service plan for the product by clicking on the "service plan" icon for the product
  4. On the activation page, enter the activation code, read the terms and conditions, check the checkbox after reading it, and press the "Activate Service Plan" button
  5. Your code is activated and your product has been updated with the appropriate service plan
